You will usually receive the license codes within 24 hours of your purchase. All license codes are sent manually from
. Please check your SPAM filter and similar mail settings to make sure to accept messages from this address. Also, before contacting us please check the "JUNK Folder", "SPAM Folder" and "Trash" in your mail application. If you still did not receive the license codes after 3 days, please contact us via email.
If you use Gmail or similar services, please log in your account via web browser and check Spam and Trash in your account.

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive license codes. If you did not receive license codes after 2 business days of the banks, please contact us via email with お申し込み番号 and 振込人名フリガナ in body.
Requirements for purchasing license codes
- Email account and connection to the world wide web.
An email address is required to contact you and send the license code. A connection to the internet is needed to download the Application.
- Please make sure that Tree works properly on your mac.
The license codes are not refundable. Please try out Tree and make sure that the software suits your needs and purpose before purchasing a license.
Licensing terms and conditions:
- A license must be purchased for each user. Licenses are not transferable.
- You may use one license code on more than one computer as long as you use it under your user account.
- You may not transfer, lend or reveal the license code (user ID and key) to others.
- You will need new license codes for major updates of Tree.
